Troubleshooting
Each download will bring up Adobe Acrobat tm Reader in your window.
In doing your download of an Adobe Acrobat documents you may have seen a BLANK SCREEN for
a moment or so while your document was downloading. This was most likely because your computer
was opening Adobe Acrobat Reader and your browser was downloading the file. If that
happened to you and you thought the download was not working and stopped the process or
closed the window, please try your download again.

If you are an AOL browser user, please make sure you have the ability to
read Adobe Acrobat documents. For more information on this please see

To Save A PDF to Your Hard Drive After Downloading with Adobe Acrobat Reader v. 5.0:
Click on the Disk Icon in the Adobe Acrobat tm Reader toolbar (upper left-hand corner of the
window) to save your chosen file to your hard drive.
To Save A PDF to Your Hard Drive After Downloading with Adobe Acrobat Reader v. 4.0:
Look for your copy in your "downloads" folder or on your desktop.
